How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within a few days across Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Decants are smaller samples of niche fragrances, carefully poured from larger bottles so you can try a scent before buying a full bottle.

Are the decants authentic?

Yes. All decants are poured from authentic bottles. We carefully select and handle every fragrance we offer.

How should I store my decant?

Keep it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

What if my order arrives damaged?
